Welcome to Ancient Synergy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, the purchase of products from us, and the booking of sessions with us. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Purchasing a session through this website reserves that session; it does not confirm a date and time. After your order is placed we will contact you at the email address on the order to arrange scheduling. Please add our address to your contacts so our messages are not filtered.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to book a session for yourself. Sessions for a minor must be booked and attended by a parent or legal guardian. Animal healing sessions must be booked by the animal's owner or their authorised representative.
Rescheduling and cancellation. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked session. With that notice, your session is moved or refunded in full. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable. We understand that emergencies happen — contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.
If we need to reschedule. If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you may choose a new time or a full refund of that session.
Multi-session packages. Packages, including the PEMF & Far Infrared Mat Package of 5, are sold as a set. Unused sessions in a package expire twelve months from the date of purchase and packages are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Virtual and in-person sessions. Some services are offered remotely. You are responsible for arranging a private, quiet space and a working internet connection for a remote session. Time lost to your own connection or equipment problems cannot be added to the end of a session or credited.
Your responsibilities. You agree to disclose any health condition, implanted device, or pregnancy that could make a session unsuitable for you, as set out in our Disclaimer. Sessions are complementary wellness services, not medical or psychological treatment, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Recording and confidentiality. We treat what you share in a session as confidential. Neither party may record a session without the other's prior consent.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Return Policy, which also governs your purchase, to understand your rights and obligations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds for sessions are governed by Section 3 above rather than by this section. Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Ancient Synergy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ancient Synergy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
