And remember, your body is the closest reflection to your mental state.

People are going to get sick!!!!!!! 

The body cannot handle the STRESS LEVELS that are coming 

without having a practice in place. 

What are you going to do?

This is VERY VERY IMPORTANT!   We cannot emphasize this enough!

 

     How to navigate through the new energies…

When you are stressed out, you are in fight or flight.

That means all of your bodily systems are getting ready for war.

THE BODY MINIMIZING ENERGY in order to prepare for that fight or flight.

 As a resultYOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM TAKES A HEAVY HIT. 

Stress negatively affects your entire body. 

If you remain stressed out, you will feel like you are in a constant state of anxiety, worry and fear. This can lead to insomnia, lack of energy, brain fog, etc..

And over time these chemicals will also destroy your health. 

Now imagine the CHAOS AND CONFUSION getting worse in your personal life and in THE WORLD…..

If you are already feeling it now, how are you going to deal with it as it gets stronger?

You need to have a practice in place!!!

First off, it is important to stay calm and focused. HOW?

We are saying that you need to find moments of peace to center yourself, so your body doesn’t feel like it’s under attack. 

This will help your body stay in a healing state. 

Remember, things are manifesting much faster now. That means both positive things and negative things.

However, if you are able to remain in a calm relaxed state, not by use of drugs of course, then you will be able to stand in the calm in the midst of the swirling chaos. 

Remember this is not about suppressing our traumas.It’s NOT about forgetting them.

It’s about transmuting them, so they can no longer negatively affect us.

It is going to feel more chaotic as you move forward. Fortunately, you now have the awareness of what’s happening.

Therefore, again, it is incredibly important that you have a practice in place to keep yourself centered.

We cannot over emphasize the importance of this enough!!!!! 

IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING YOU DO MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, 

whether it is 3 minutes 3x a day or 1 hour 3x a day.

USE ALL OR A FEW…mix and match… have fun with this.

It just needs to be spread out throughout the day to keep you grounded and focused.

  1. Writing Down Your Thoughts, Feelings And Emotions 

Journaling allows people to clarify their thoughts and feelings, thereby gaining valuable self-knowledge. It’s also a good problem-solving tool; oftentimes, one can hash out a problem and come up with solutions more easily on paper.


Journaling about traumatic events helps one process them by fully exploring and releasing the emotions involved, and by engaging both hemispheres of the brain in the process, allowing the experience to become fully integrated within one’s mind. 

As for the health benefits of journaling, they’ve been scientifically proven.

Research shows the following:

  • It strengthens the immune system, preventing a host of illnesses.
  • It counteracts many of the negative effects of stress.
  • Slows down you nervous system.
  • It improves cognitive functioning.

  1. Grounding – take time to go outside. Take your shoes off, stand on the earth barefoot. Sit or lay down on the ground. Spend at least 20 minutes in nature whenever possible.

  1. Breathing – 4:7:8 Deep breathing.

Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.

Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.

Hold your breath for a count of seven.

Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight. This is one breath.

Now inhale again and repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths.

Note that you always inhale quietly through your nose and exhale audibly through your mouth. The tip of your tongue stays in position the whole time. Exhalation takes twice as long as inhalation. The absolute time you spend on each phase is not important; the ratio of 4:7:8 is important. If you have trouble holding your breath, speed the exercise up but keep to the ratio of 4:7:8 for the three phases. With practice you can slow it all down and get used to inhaling and exhaling more and more deeply.

  1. 4.Meditation – Find a guided meditation online of your choosing. Or sit with yourself and clear your mind for 3 minutes – 1 hour throughout the day. Even just taking a few minutes to clear your thoughts several times a day will help immensely.

  1. CELL PHONE, WI-FI AND  COMPUTER RADIATION

Limit your exposure to cell phone, wi-fi and computer radiation.  

The more you are in contact with cell phones, wi-fi and computers the more you absorb their NEGITIVE  frequency. 

The high frequency of cell phones, 

wi-fi and computers creates anxiety within the body.

Also, be sure too to avoid Bluetooth headsets whenever possible. These pose serious radiation hazards due to the fact that they act as mini wireless antennas that blast EMFs directly into your ear and head.

The average radiation level of a Bluetooth earpiece is 0.23 watts per kilogram (W/Kg) according to RF Safe. This is 10 to 100 times higher than the amount of radio frequency (RF) exposure needed to create “leaks” in the blood-brain barrier, allowing for toxins (not to mention the radiation itself!) to pass through into the brain. It’s best to just say NO to Bluetooth!

The best way to avoid EMFs from these devices is to not wear them. If you choose to use wearable tech, be sure to remove it at night when going to sleep, and maybe even while you are working at your desk. As with your other EMF-emitting tech devices, always power it off when not in use and don’t sleep with it near your body – especially your head.

The World Health Organization (WHO) says the intensity of radio frequency (RF) radiation from cell phones decreases exponentially the further the device is held away from the body. Therefore your safest bet it keep your cell phone as far away from your ear and body as possible at all times. Don’t carry it in your pocket, tucked into a bra strap, and definitely don’t sleep with it next to your head.

 When talking on your phone, take advantage of the speakerphone function whenever possible, as this will minimize the amount of radiation hitting your body compared to putting your phone directly against your ear.
